Snack Healthy with CheeCha Puffs and Giveaway!

I have to admit that I’m a snacker, and not the good kind of snacker. I will munch on things all day, not because I’m hungry but simply because they’re there. I also don’t tend to snack on healthy things, I always lean towards chocolate, chips, popcorn, anything salty or sweet, as long as it’s crunchy. I have to admit that I’ve managed to do a pretty good job of deluding myself into thinking prepared and bagged popcorn is a “healthy” snack, but I know I’m kidding myself most of the time, especially since I like flavoured popcorn.

So I couldn’t turn down the chance to try CheeCha Puffs which I’d always seen at Booster Juice, especially when I saw the commercial of the girl shoving cheese curls her throat while pretending to work, cause that’s Moo…  Supervising humans is considered “work” right?!?!

CheeCha Puffs are hot air puffed snacks, coming in a variety of flavours (check out their website for a complete list of flavours), as well as gluten free and milk free options, made in a peanut and nut free environment, and some are even vegan, there’s something for everyone. Considering most chips are coated in oil, which although makes them delicious, also makes them incredibly unhealthy, a hot air puffed alternative makes CheeCha Puffs a significantly healthier choice.

Although I admit I’m the first to be skeptical of so called “healthy” snacks, as I’ve tasted a lot in my day and most taste like styrofoam, CheeCha Puffs bucks that trend and tastes and feels like junk food, without the calories or fat. Of all of the flavours I tried, my favourite were the Triple Cheese flavour, reminding me of cheese puffs in texture and flavour, only without the guilt of consuming my daily caloric intake in just a few minutes. I’ll definitely be picking up a few bags of these instead of chips and popcorn! CheeCha Puffs are available at Booster Juice and most major grocery stores within Canada.

CheeCha Puffs has graciously offered a prize pack to one of my readers.
